Your satisfaction is paramount at Cali Radios. Condition of Return

All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • All products must be in the original packaging.
  • No marks or writing on the product or product packaging.
  • Products must be in a new and unused condition.
  • Products with engraving can not be returned.
  • Programmable radios must not have been programmed.

Return Period

All returns must be processed within 30 days of the date you received your item(s) from Cali Radios.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not able to be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Labor, delivery, and/or completed installation services
  • Digital Content (e.g. software downloads)
  • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abuse
  • Shipping Charges

Restocking Fee

Due to the nature of the products we sell there is a 20% restocking fee that will be applied to all returns. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.


Items That Are Defective

If you receive a defective item from us we will work together with the manufacture to replace the defective item using the standard warranty procedures for that manufacturer.
